Distressed Property Expert
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert I have specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. The prospect of foreclosure can be financially and emotionally devastating, and often homeowners proceed without guidance of any kind. The developers of the CDPE Designation believe that the best course of action for a homeowner in distress is to speak with a well-informed, licensed real estate professional. They have the tools needed to help homeowners find the best solution for their situation. Often, when other options have been exhausted, CDPEs can help homeowners avoid foreclosure through the efficient execution of a short sale. They don't merely assist in selling properties, they serve and help save their clients in need.
Graduate,
REALTOR Institute (GRI)
The curriculum required to achieve the designation is a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction, the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization. With this title and through increased awareness of current topics important to the real estate professional, I can better serve prospective clients and customers with a professional education foundation. The coursework is taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country and is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers.
Certified
Buyer Representative
Agents represent the Seller on the properties they list. Buyers want their own representation. Representation is difficult for some agents, sellers, and buyers to understand. Buyer Agency is was accepted by the industry in 2004 in Massachusetts and in my market area. This certification and my experience has taught me the standards to represent a Buyer correctly and wholeheartedly. At the same time I am better equipped to represent Sellers since this training is about representation.
e-PRO
A training program, presented entirely online, that certified me as an Internet Professional. I've learned what consumers want in their on-line Real Estate experience. Why Use An e-PRO?

Home With Diversity SM : One America
America is becoming an increasingly multicultural society. The rapidly growing population of minorities and immigrants consider buying a home a top priority. For many families homeownership serves as a stepping stone to prosperity and represents the American way of life. Expanding homeownership will strengthen our nation's families and communities. This designation is awarded to members of the National Association of REALTORS who complete the training program, and personally commit to the One America Principles. NAR publicly promotes the REALTOR role in providing equal and affordable housing opportunities for all Americans through a variety of programs.

While exploring many diverse areas of work and education, my dream was always to be the owner of my own business, so that I could give every customer the service they wished for. Now I am doing it! I'm a hard worker, great with details, and I enjoy helping others. Real Estate, for me, is the perfect combination of challenging work plus the satisfaction of making a difference in peoples lives. My goal is to go the extra mile and make the buying and selling process easier. I have a 100% referral business by continually focusing on serving clients the best I can. I love technology, and keep up with changes to become more efficient every day.
