The curriculum required to achieve the designation is a specific, intensive
series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of
subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing,
finance, and risk reduction, the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of
real estate specialization. With this title and through increased awareness of
current topics important to the real estate professional, such as legal issues,
I can better serve prospective clients and customers with a professional
education foundation. The coursework taught by leading real estate professionals
from around the country and is designed to educate practitioners about local,
state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and
customers.
Certified Buyer Representative
Agents represent the Seller on the properties they list. Buyers want their own representation. Representation of Buyers
is difficult for some agents, sellers, and buyers to understand. Buyer Agency is
fairly new in Massachusetts and in my market area. I am not only practicing but
helping to educate and promote representation of buyers in my daily work. This certification
taught me the standards to
represent a Buyer correctly and wholeheartedly. At the same time I am better
equipped to represent Sellers since this training is about representation.
e-PRO
A training program, presented entirely online, that certified
me as an Internet Professional. I've learned what
consumers want in their on-line Real Estate experience. Why Use An
